Three TV Dramas Ideal For Binge Watching In February

Most people like me who reads alot, finds it very difficult to watch many of the TV dramas that are currently airing. This might be because most of them doesn't have a solid enough plot to keep us focused and others are way too predictable. I have started watching so many of these types of TV dramas and gave up because I just started predicting the outcome of certain scenes and I actually was correct.

People like me who can stay focused for a very long time often become binge watchers, we can watch 4 hr long movies as long as the plot is solid and we stay in suspense the entire time so we will watch episodes of a TV series back to back until its done.

Because I love getting to the ending I hate watching TV series that I must wait to see weekly so if something good is on I would probably wait until 6 episodes has aired to start watching it. You can blame that on impatience if you like but everyone who reads probably suffers from this. In an effort to help my fellow binge watchers I have committed to reviewing at-least three television series each month that are binge worthy. Below are my first three reviews:

The Killing

Set in Seattle Washington this series revolves around the murder of 17 year old Rosie Larsen. Each character has their own story unfold as Detective Sarah Linden a character played by Mireille Enos struggles to solve the case. As the story develops potions of Rosie Larsen’s Father past is revealed which leads everyone to believe that his past associates might have a hand in his daughter’s death. But with two people previously accused for the murder currently fighting for their lives one a Councilman and the other a Teacher nothing seems sure. The closer they get to solving the murder the further the Detectives might be from solving it.

This crime, drama, mystery, thriller is a must see if you love a good suspense story. I recommend this series because I still am not able to figure out who the killer is, I have no choice but to keep watching until the writer reveals him or her to me and let me tell you with most series I normally know who the killer is after the 3rd episode but still watch to see how the story will unfold.

Grimm

Grimm is in its 6th season and if you haven’t yet seen seasons 1-5 you should get caught up now. Let me just say that I started watching this when it just came out in October of 2011 but life took over and I didn’t watch the complete season until the end of 2016 when I binged watched all five of the previously released seasons and I was without disappointment. I was up all hours of the night and fitting episodes in throughout my day. All and all I was able to watch all 5 seasons in about 14 days.

This American Occult Detective Drama series is set in Portland Oregon where things aren’t what they seem. Detective Nick Burkhardt has to tell his closest friends about who he is and what he can see. Things get complicated as Nick becomes friends with someone his ancestors once hunted. And his life drastically changes.

A very captivating series, with a highly anticipated climax. This series is a good watch and the big question is what is the ultimate motive of the different people fighting for power.

Salem

Are you familiar with the Salem Witch Trails. This television drama is based off the story of the witches in Essex Massachusetts.

This is a series I stumbled across on Netflix one night while desperately searching for something to watch and after the

first episode I got sucked into the plot. Witches living secretly among puritans manipulating them while planning the resurrection of the leader of hell who would in-turn make the witches and the fallen Angels rulers on earth. But things take a horrifying turn when the witches discover that Black Friday held a different meaning for the one whom they fought so hard to resurrect.
